SYNCHROMAX®
Synchromax is recommended for manual transmissions that specify an automatic transmission fluid or motor oil. It is also ideal for transfer cases and 2-cycle motorcycle gear boxes. Synchromax is formulated with Royal Purple's synthetic, proprietary Synerlec additive technology, which offers improved shift quality over a wide temperature range and reduced gear noise. Synchromax is fully compatible with all types of friction materials and offers excellent corrosion and oxidation protection without affecting the soft metals commonly found in manual transmissions synchronizers.

MAX ATF®
Max ATF is a synthetic, high performance automatic transmission fluid. Its low coefficient of friction and high film strength help to dramatically reduce heat and wear. Automatic transmissions generate a great deal of heat and depend on the transmission fluid for cooling and protection. More than 90 percent of all automatic transmission failures are caused by overheating. A 20° reduction in fluid temperature can double the life of the transmission. Max ATF significantly reduces heat to extend the life of your transmission. Max ATF is recommended for 2005 or older GM and Ford Transmissions.

Max EZ is an advanced power steering fluid designed to maximize the life and performance of all power steering unity. Max-Gear is recommended for use in truck and automotive front or rear differentials, manual transmissions and lower gear units of marine engines that specify use of a API GL-5 or GL-4 fluid. Synslide additive technology, Royal Purple's tough, EP lubricating film, provides maximum protection under boundary lubrication conditions typically caused by heavily loaded, slow speed and / or shock load conditions. This tenacious, slippery film significantly improves lubrication and reduces wear by increasing the oil film thickness and toughness, which helps to prevent metal-to-metal contact in gears and bearings. Synslide additive technology is noncorrosive to gears and bearings, including case-hardened gears that are easily pitted by conventional sulfur-phosphorus EP oils. Synslide additive technology displaces water from metal surfaces and excels in protection equipmentlin wet environments. it also fortifies the oil against the detrimental effects of heat, which causes oil to oxidize.
